4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DealerTap NFC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Furthermore, our liability for any breach of contract, negligence, or other tort shall be limited to the return of one month's subscription fees.
